Her Momentum began in 2026, between a former strength coach and a software engineer, both wanting to find a solution for their own struggles with fitness.
Our Mission
To help every woman over forty feel strong, capable, and at home in her body without crash diets, fear-based fitness, or programs built for somebody else.
