Do I need to go to a gym?+
No. The default program is built around dumbbells, a resistance band, and bodyweight. If you do have gym access, we have a barbell variant toggle it in your settings.
I have joint pain. Is this safe?+
Yes. The intake quiz asks about joint history, and your plan substitutes any movement that's contraindicated. Common substitutions are pre-built into the system and reviewed by a physical therapist.
What if I'm post-menopausal, not in perimenopause?+
The program adapts to all phases perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Recovery, protein targets, and intensity adjust based on what you indicate during onboarding.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in two taps. No phone calls, no retention emails.
